Job Opportunity: Lead Officer for School Improvement
Are you an experienced education professional with a strong grasp of school improvement work?
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the highly rated local authority School Improvement team as a Lead Officer for School Improvement. In this role, you will work alongside skilled colleagues to support and challenge schools across North Lincolnshire, ensuring high outcomes for all children.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of designated schools, providing effective challenge and support, and assuring the quality and impact of Peer Leader support. You will collaborate with leaders from various schools to support school improvement initiatives, including leading reviews and providing targeted support based on assessed needs. Additionally, you will contribute to QA and assurance processes through reports and participation in key meetings.
