Warehouse Manager (Night Shift) Location: Kent Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday – 22:00 to 06:00 Salary: Up to £45,000 We are working with a fast-growing food business in Kent currently going through an exciting period of growth and operational investment. Supplying food and drink products to restaurants, bakeries and hospitality groups across the region, the business has expanded rapidly in recent years and continues to invest heavily in its people, facilities and operational capability. They are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of the night shift operation, playing a key role in driving performance, efficiency and standards across the warehouse. What You’ll Be Doing This role offers real autonomy. You will lead the night shift warehouse operation, ensuring picking and dispatch runs smoothly and orders are ready for delivery each morning. Leading the team across ambient, chilled and frozen areas, you will drive productivity, accuracy and service levels while identifying opportunities to improve processes and raise operational standards.
