Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager (East) to join our Retail Department on a permanent, full-time basis.
The postholder will be based at the Hospice Shop East and will support the Shop Manager (East) with the day-to-day management of the shop team. Building good team spirit by effectively communicating with Head of Retail, Senior Shop Manager, employees, and volunteers. Train employees and volunteers so they understand their roles and responsibilities and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have significant retail experience, supervisory or management experience with the ability to develop and performance manage a team, key holding experience and cash handling and reconciliation experience.
