Base salary: £54,878 pa to £64,562 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits – see the Benefits section on our website.

About The Role
* Lead the development and management of a robust, auditable and transparent ACA governance and assurance framework, including integration with other functions (commercial, finance, project controls, counter‑fraud).
* Ensure policies, processes, procedures and WIs are developed to support the application of systematic end‑to‑end ACA across the programme.
* Lead the development of training to enhance understanding and compliance with ACA controls across HS2 functions and Tier 1 contractors.
* Provide operational expertise and guidance to HS2 delivery teams and the supply chain on ACA controls.
* Ensure HS2 ACA remains compliant with UK legislation and standards.
About You
* Ability to assess current policies and processes across multiple functions, identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities.
* Ability to develop clear, concise and integrated processes and procedures that support efficient and effective ACA across the programme.
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly and train diverse user groups in the practical application of process.
* Experience of gathering and analysing information and requirements from multiple stakeholders and sources.
