Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for an Operations Associate to join the Receipts team. The Receipts team are responsible for applying payments in to client's accounts in a timely manner and working with a variety of teams across the business to provide an excellent service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start or continue a career within Savings and Investments within Client Accounts. What does the role involve?
* You'll be working with a variety of different systems to aid the processing and receipt of payments into our clients' accounts.
* You will have an active part in running reports, utilising Excel and analysing financial data to account for any abnormalities.
* We pride ourselves in providing the best service for our clients and you will have an active part in handling their accounts. Client Accounts are highly trusted team and will take ownership for resolving any issues that are presented.
* Being the eyes and ears of the Clients Account team, you may be required to handle client queries surrounding their accounts.
* You'll be able to suggest ideas in how on how to improve team processes to ensure that they continue to be reliable and effective.
