You’ll pass on your knowledge and enthusiasm to encourage others to love this area as much as you do. Whenever and wherever you come across people, you’ll take the time to talk to them and answer their questions, rather than rushing away to the next task.You’ll be working on a wide variety of tasks across the estate which include Foresty operations using chainsaws and other machinery, hedge laying, operating tractors to manage wild flower meadows, planting trees, leading volunteer parties, maintaining fences and countryside furniture, monitoring wildlife, and assisting with the care of our conservation grazing ponies. You will be working with a small team of rangers and farm workers to help us achieve these conservation goals.You’ll make sure that the conservation work and outdoor experiences on the land in your care are of the highest standard.
