The role
We're looking for an experienced Systems & Transformation Lead to drive the delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across our organisation.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead transformation projects across finance, HR, payroll, and operational systems, helping to improve efficiency, reporting, compliance, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system implementations and optimisation projects.
- Develop and deliver a strategic systems roadmap.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee system integrations, data governance, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Operations, and external vendors.
- Support system adoption through training and change management.
About You
- Proven experience delivering systems and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance, HR, and operational systems.
- Experience managing stakeholders and driving organisational change.
- Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
