As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.
What you’ll be doing
* Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, on the shop floor screens and at the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
* Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
