Role Overview
You will work as an Employment Specialist, supporting people with SEN into employment using the Supported Employment Quality Framework. This community-based role involves hot‑desk work across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices and Libraries, with travel between sites paid.
Responsibilities
* Support people with SEN into employment, applying the Supported Employment Quality Framework.
* Manage a caseload of around 20 participants, providing tailored support.
* Work with employers to create opportunities for participants.
* Operate as a lone worker in the community, requiring good organisation, resilience and time management.
Qualifications
* Employment Advisor experience.
* Recruitment, sales or B2B experience.
* Experience supporting vulnerable people.
* Relevant graduate or voluntary experience.
Role Details
* Permanent, full‑time position.
* Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
* Community‑based role (no home working).
* You must live within reasonable travelling distance of Sutton, Kingston and Merton.
* Start date expected around four weeks from offer.
* Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from the Team Leader.
* Travel between sites is paid.
