If you're looking for a role where you can have an impact, this could be the job for you What you’ll do: Supervision and Management of staff including but not limited to inducting, training, recruitment, ensuring HR records are kept up to date, organising Rota and staff appraisals Monitor Financial performance against targets Oversee and maintain high standards of food production and food quality Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety is maintained and compliant for the unit Monitor all areas during service periods to ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to customers Assist at service times by serving customers Complete cashing up after service for all tills Use of IT systems such as EProphit What you bring: Experience as a chef/working in a kitchen/food production environment and managing staff.
