Spare Parts Sales Manager
Location: North England | Type: Full‑time
Home-based - with occasional trips (2-3 per month) to the office in the north of England.
We’re looking for a proactive, target‑driven Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, account re‑engagement, and strong pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through proactive outbound calling and lead follow‑up.
* Re‑engage dormant/lapsed accounts and recover lost revenue.
* Manage and grow key accounts via upselling and cross‑selling.
* Deliver fast enquiry acknowledgement and accurate, high‑quality quotations.
* Maintain strong CRM discipline with daily updates.
* Collaborate with internal teams and attend customer visits/events.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (parts/technical products ideal).
* Strong outbound sales background with a growth mindset.
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
* Organised, resilient and motivated by achieving targets.
* CRM‑savvy and comfortable managing a structured pipeline.
Desirable
* Experience in marine, power generation, oil & gas or similar sectors.
* Knowledge of engines, turbochargers or mechanical components.
