This role offers a competitive annual salary of £21,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, with the opportunity for career growth and permanent contract after a probation period. Start date is ASAP.

* Student Support: Provide tailored assistance to students in the school's resource base.
* Classroom Assistance: Aid teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
* Individual Guidance: Offer one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges.
* Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of students and the school environment.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of SEN procedures.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Reliability: A punctual and dependable individual who can work independently.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education are a plus. Experience from a care background with SEN experience is also considered.
