Overview
Temp All Staffing are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness/Wellness Coach on behalf on our client a leading wellness retreat. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting fitness and wellness and help guests achieve their health goals.
Shifts
1. Mixture of early and late shifts
2. 35 or 40 hours per week
Job Role
3. Deliver a variety of classes to guests including: Pilates, Yoga – Essential, Circuit training, Water Aerobics, Dance, HIIT
4. Support the smooth running of the wellness offerings
5. Including leading morning walks, taking classes, assisting customers while they are in our cryotherapy chamber, facilitating PT sessions, wellness talks, interacting with guests and making a real impact on their stay
Your Skills and Experience
6. The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service, delivering a variety of fitness classes including yoga, enjoy working as part of a team, able to work weekends (this is a must) and be flexible with hours, available to cover shifts when needed
7. Certification in Fitness or Health Coaching or a related field is preferred.
8. Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise science, and behaviour change principles.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
10. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in tracking client progress.
