What you'll be doing at Kukoon: Keeping customers smiling: answering queries via phone, email, or chat, guiding them through orders, returns, or exchanges - and making it feel effortless. Turning problems into solutions: when issues pop up, you’ll listen, solve, and follow up until the customer is 100% happy. Handling the details: processing refunds, exchanges, and returns accurately, so nothing slips through the cracks. What you'll bring: 1 years' work experience in customer service, or a similar role. A genuine passion for helping people (and the patience to listen properly). Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping calm under pressure. Computer confidence, great phone etiquette, and an organised approach. A positive attitude, pride in your work, and energy to match. What do we offer in return?
