We are excited to be working with a well-established secondary school in Braintree that is currently seeking a dedicated and inspiring MFL Teacher – French & Spanish to join their vibrant team. Position Overview:
The successful MFL Teacher – French & Spanish will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to inspire students, fostering both linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness through dynamic teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s ethos.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for language learning.
* Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each student improve and achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department to enrich the student learning experience.
* Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and developments in French and Spanish education.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Demonstrated experience as an MFL Teacher – French & Spanish at the secondary level.
