SEND EHCP Officer - Fully Remote Location: Lancashire Working Arrangements: Fully Remote Rate per day: £266.89 per day Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND EHCP Officer to join Lancashire’s SEND Team on a fully remote basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), managing the end-to-end EHCP process across allocated educational settings. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process Coordinate assessments, plan writing, annual reviews, reassessments, and consultations Work closely with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals Ensure statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met Maintain accurate case records and provide clear communication throughout the process Support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND Requirements: Experience working within SEND is essential Previous EHCP process or plan writing experience desirable Experience working with children, young people, families, and the public Experience working collaboratively with partners in a multi-agency setting Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently Why work through Pertemps?
