Job Profile
You will work in a customer-facing role, handling morning to evening shifts. Training will be provided to deliver multifunctional services across Front of House, Bar, Food and Beverage, and Housekeeping. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, providing information, handling inquiries, check-in/out procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
* Check guests in and out using a computerized system.
* Familiarize yourself with hotel procedures and systems.
* Issue keys and provide directions to guests.
* Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
* Provide information about local attractions and additional services.
* Manage messages, mail, and incoming calls.
* Prepare customer accounts, process payments, and handle queries or complaints.
* Ensure guest and hotel security, including proper duty handovers and safety procedures.
General Assistant Role
* Provide excellent service, maintain hygiene standards, and support kitchen and bar operations when applicable.
* Assist in departmental cleaning, report problems, and follow security procedures.
