Department: Children’s Centre & Family Hub
Salary: £24,570pa (Pro rata: £14,742pa)
Hours:22.5 per week 12.30 – 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Balsall Heath, Birmingham B12
Contract Term: Subject to a 6 month Probationary Review
Job Purpose
To provide high‑quality customer service, reception and general administration support including meeting and greeting visitors, handling telephone enquiries, dealing with post and supporting data gathering and monitoring systems, as well as other clerical duties supporting the 0-19 Family Hub agenda. Proven experience in this area of work is essential.
