Please be advised that this is a full time position, working 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday. Keyholder duties are included.
Main Purpose Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organised and secure retail environment. Supervision of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
Support Store Manager : Provide support to the Store Manager in all aspects of store management and act as the manager in their absence.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Management: Monitor and drive sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties and visually appealing.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage stock replenishment.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.
