Finance Manager – London (Office Based)
We are partnering with a well-established financial services organisation with rich heritage to hire a Finance Manager into a dynamic and growing finance team.

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to deliver financial insight, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Build financial models to support revenue growth and strategic initiatives
- Deliver variance analysis and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Produce high-quality management information and reporting packs
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting
We’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) – newly qualified
- Strong grounding in financial reporting, month-end, and controls
- Proven ability (or strong desire) to move into a business-facing, commercially focused role
- Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
