Full-time | Temporary | Immediate Start
I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a proactive and reliable Premises Officer on a temporary, full-time basis.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Keeping the school clean, safe and well-trained through basic repairs, site checks and general upkeep
* Opening and securing the building, including setting and unsetting alarms
* Monitoring cleaning standards and supporting the cleaning team where needed
* Carrying out routine safety checks and completing simple maintenance records
* Managing stock, ordering supplies and ensuring equipment is stored safely
* Supporting with lettings, events and day-to-day site operations
* Liaising with external contractors and assisting with small on-site projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Previous school-based experience in a premises, caretaking or maintenance role
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Someone organised, dependable and able to work safely at all times
* Good level of literacy and numeracy
* A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
