Job Title: Administrator
Position Type: Full Time - Permanent
Place of Work: HYBRID – Stapleford Office and flexibility to work from home
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week

Reporting to: Head of Property
Location: Stapleford, Nottingham
Responsibilities
* Provide basic advice for solutions to problems.
* Take initial calls for both planned and reactive maintenance queries from the business.
* Input all job data into Lifeways Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system – ensuring data accuracy at all times.
* Prioritise calls/jobs effectively ensuring they go to the right contractor and are given the correct status.
* Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure all paperwork from jobs raised and closed is accurate and followed through to completion.
* Generate system reports on maintenance KPI’s and Service Level performance.
* Ensure all maintenance contracts in the CAFM system are up to date.
* Process all invoices as appropriate.

Salary: £24,809.50 + contributory pension scheme, + 33 days holidays including bank holidays, access to Lifeways Rewards, and regular working from home (after training) as well as working within a lovely team and gaining insight and experience in the property industry and systems.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Ideally you will have some admin / office experience.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Outlook.
* Works well under pressure.
* Positive attitude and eager to learn.
* Confident in dealing with people.
* Excellent organisational abilities.
* Attention to detail.
* Experience in maintenance or working in care services is an advantage.
Full training will be given on systems and helpdesk. Training will need to be office based in Stapleford; however, once completed, hybrid working will be considered.
