A key member of the commercial analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting multiple partners turning complex data into actionable insight that drives the delivery of customer and product strategy. You will be passionate about working with data and excited about unlocking insight from in-depth analysis using a variety of BI & Data Visualisation tools. The successful candidate will need a strong data or numerical honours degree (MSc advantageous) and be available to commence employment within the next 6 weeks. Responsibilities: Develop data analysis tools and reporting solutions to support insight production across commercial, product and customer teams. Query and analyse performance data, providing impactful insight to the business performance Utilise data analytics & visualisation tools (Power BI, SQL, Business Objects) improve the insight and reporting capabilities of the commercial analytics team Provide business reporting support, automating current manual reporting where possible Interface and collaborate with other teams and develop and improve current solutions Champion data-quality best practice Skills: Relevant Bachelors degree (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Information) Demonstrable experience in a related business intelligence or data analyst role (desirable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Entry/graduate level understanding of data analysis, reporting & visualisation using Power BI (gained from University, self-study or placement year) Advanced MS Excel skills Understanding of SQL - advantageous Knowledge of statistics and statistical interpretation of quantitative data The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration and join a highly supportive team offering fantastic training and development opportunities within an agile working environment.
