We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full‑time, Case Management System Training Officer to join Southampton City Council across our Adult Social Care and Children & Learning Directorates.
About The Team
We are at an exciting time in our systems journey with a new case management system due to go live later this year. Our case management system is used by hundreds of staff and supports a range of social care activity across Southampton. This role will work across both Adult Social Care and Children & Learning, supporting the work of our social care colleagues and partners.
About The Role
The Training Officer will have a key role in shaping and delivering training relating to the case management system during the go‑live period and beyond. They will work with colleagues, teams and managers across both directorates to identify and meet the digital learning needs of our staff and partners. The Training Officer’s work will ensure that staff are competent, confident and compliant in using these systems to provide excellent services to vulnerable residents and contribute to improving organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing, implementing and continuously improving learning and support interventions relating to our case management system (Mosaic).
* Ensuring accessible, affordable and sustainable blended learning solutions are provided, delivering training to staff in a range of environments and contexts.
* Working alongside our Design Lead and other colleagues to develop, maintain and align training resources in response to system changes.
About You
* You have an excellent level of digital/IT literacy; you can use, teach and support others in a variety of self‑service, digital user platforms.
* You have experience of delivering digital learning and/or support.
* You can advocate or be a role model for change.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £37,280 – £40,778. The starting salary is £37,280 with annual progression through the salary bands.
