As a Lead Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top‑tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.
Key Accountabilities
* Leading end‑to‑end sourcing strategies, ensuring diverse and high‑quality talent pipelines across multiple roles within Allianz
* Partnering closely with stakeholders and recruiters, aligning on hiring priorities and delivering market insights to shape sourcing approaches
* Building and nurturing talent pools, proactively engaging passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs
* Managing stakeholder relationships, making sure expectations are aligned and service delivery is consistent and high‑quality
* Using market intelligence and data, providing insights on talent trends, competitor activity, and candidate availability
* Driving direct sourcing activity, utilising a range of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify top talent
* Supporting and mentoring sourcing team members, sharing best practice and helping to elevate overall team performance
* Ensuring a strong candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and a professional, engaging approach throughout the process
* Collaborating with the wider AMS and Allianz teams, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the sourcing function
Skills & Requirements
You’ll need:
* Bringing proven experience in sourcing across both high‑volume and specialist roles, confidently managing varied hiring demands
* Demonstrating strong collaboration skills, working closely with TA Business Partners to align on priorities and delivery
* Managing roles with high application volumes, ensuring an organised and efficient approach to screening and pipeline management
* Working in a proactive and self‑sufficient way, meeting tight time‑to‑offer SLAs and driving roles forward independently
* Being based in or able to work from Belfast, collaborating closely with the wider team
It would be great if you also have:
* Bringing experience sourcing within financial or professional services environments
* Using tools such as SuccessFactors or Phenom to support sourcing and candidate engagement
* Applying proactive sourcing techniques to build and engage talent pipelines
