About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Ipswich Branches. You will develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships and provide a personal touch.
You will learn about our products and services to discuss them with our members.
Salary and working hours:
Hourly pay from £11.55, Saturday, 9am to 1pm (4 hours a week).
Your day-to-day activities
* Greeting customers and listening to their needs to provide the best possible service.
* Managing financial transactions and resolving customer account concerns or queries.
* Adhering to compliance requirements to keep our company and customers safe.
* Conducting checks to safeguard our members' investments and guard against financial crime.
* Being an ambassador for the Society by supporting the branch within their local community.
About you
As a Saturday Member Assistant you will:
* Demonstrate a reasonable level of competency in Maths and English, ideally at the GCSE level.
* Be confident, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Enjoy taking ownership of your work and working within a team.
* Have a positive can-do attitude and a good eye for detail.
* Ideally have experience in the customer service industry.
