Installation Manager (HVAC Projects)
Location: Newton Abbot, South West.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Company Pension + Company Benefits.
We are a well-established fabrication and ventilation contractor that predominantly serves the commercial sector across the South West. The company designs, manufactures, and installs high‑quality ventilation systems, providing a complete end‑to‑end service for its clients.
Role
In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from initial handover through to completion. You will coordinate preparation and site activities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's ongoing growth. The position offers a varied workload, with time split between the office, project sites, and client meetings, combining both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Managing installation of ventilation projects
* Building client relationships
* Budgeting and cost control
* Visiting sites where required
Qualifications
* Background in HVAC installation project management
* Full UK driving licence
