R9 are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of electricians and apprentices in line with company policies and NICEIC enrolment rules.

Responsibilities:
Operational
" Provide technical knowledge, support, and guidance to colleagues and clients
" Advise on electrical installations during daily activities and out-of-hours service
" Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants
" Liaise with NICEIC to ensure compliance with enrolment requirements
" Collaborate with the supply chain to maximise social value delivery (work experience, apprenticeships, volunteering, funding support)
Commercial
" Procure sub-contractors at competitive rates
" Apply knowledge of National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates
" Increase output and commercial return without compromising quality or safety
Health & Safety
" Ensure all site works are carried out safely
