Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of Revitive.com globally supporting the wider digital customer journey.
Your mission: drive revenue growth, enhance user experience, and build a scalable framework for trading and promotions across multiple markets.
This is a role where you’ll have the freedom to test ideas, identify opportunities, and implement high‑impact initiatives. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and retention teams—but ultimately, you’ll be the driving force behind global site performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the global trading strategy for revitive.com, including product offers, bundles, content themes, and promotional campaigns.
* Manage the promotional calendar: plan, test, analyze, and scale successful initiatives across regions.
* Develop data‑driven hypotheses to improve conversion and average order value (AOV) to maximise revenue & profit.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns and site updates.
* Monitor retail partners & competitor activity and use insights to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
Site Development & UX
* Define and evolve the site’s global value proposition to boost purchase behaviour and loyalty.
* Oversee execution of content and product proportions to deliver consumer demand and engagement.
* Work with design and marketing teams to balance brand identity with conversion optimisation.
Customer Insights & Analytics
* Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, heatmaps, surveys) to understand user behaviour across markets.
* Build dashboards to monitor the core digital journey and communicate effectively internally to bring everyone in line.
* Generate actionable insights to improve UX and retention globally.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
* Act as the link between Growth, Design, SEO, Retention, and Development teams.
* Support the Head of Ecommerce in shaping the global ecommerce roadmap.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Lead the CRO roadmap and testing framework across all markets.
* Launch creative tests and feature releases such as recommendation quizzes, upsells and offers.
* Design and deliver A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the purchase funnel.
Utilize heatmaps, user feedback, and analytics to identify friction points and improve UX.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
* Identify lead markets for tests and rollout best practice globally.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Act as the link between Growth, Design, SEO, Retention, and Development teams.
* Resolve site or UX issues promptly and keep projects moving.
* Support the Head of eCommerce in shaping the wider digital strategy.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in eCommerce or digital trading roles (brand or agency side).
* Strong understanding of UX principles and revenue drivers (CRO, AOV, merchandising).
* Data‑driven mindset with commercial acumen.
* Hands‑on experience with Shopify and related integrations.
* Ability to manage designers and agencies effectively.
* Excellent project management skills and a bias for action.
* Comfortable in startup or scale‑up environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive impactful results.
* Experience with high‑growth DTC brands or marketplaces.
* Familiarity with CRO tools (VWO, Clarity).
* Knowledge of Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CMS platforms.
* Interest in consumer brands, health, or wellness.
