Duties & Responsibilities
Building and Executing ABM Marketing Plans : Develop and implement detailed Account-Based Marketing strategies for a curated list of target accounts, ensuring each plan is tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of the account to drive engagement and conversions.
Event Execution and Support : Plan, execute, and support a range of events, from large-scale industry conferences to exclusive customer engagements, ensuring each event aligns with our strategic objectives and enhances our brand presence and customer relationships.
Maintaining Digital Insights : Leverage digital analytics tools to gather insights that inform and optimize our marketing strategies, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market dynamics and can support Business Development activities effectively.
Sales Team Alignment : Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with sales objectives, providing the necessary tools and insights to empower sales success and drive revenue growth.
Lead Management : You will work to generate and qualify leads for identified solutions in close partne rship with client teams
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Growth Marketing/ ABM or Lead Genera tion: Demons tr able track r ecord of effectively supporting sales activities within a software or digital bus iness envi ronm ent, showc asing a deep understanding of how marketing initiatives can drive sales success.
Digital Expertise: Experien ce and ex pert ise in ut ilizing digital tools, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms, to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Data & A nalytical Skills: Strong capabilities in reporting, data analysis, and extracting actionable insights from c omplex da ta sets, uti lizing these insights to inform strateg ic decis ion s and op timize marketing performance.
Relationship Building and Collaboration : Proven history of building robust relationships and fostering collaboration, either with internal sales teams or direct interactions with clients, ensuring alignment of goals and unified efforts to achieve business objectives .
Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and grow, a track record of self-improvement and a curiosity in software and/ or Enterprise marketing
University Degree in Business or Marketing Preferred
