We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Answering telephone calls and handling customer enquiries
* Booking appointments and managing schedules
* Maintaining accurate records and updating computer systems
* Processing payments and handling general administrative tasks
* Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day customer service needs
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
* Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
* Comfortable working in a male-dominated environment
