Working in the Leeds Stone Division Workshop, stripping, cleaning, re-tipping and tensioning a range of Diamond Blades, including Circular and Gang Saw and Grinding / Polishing products and engineering tasks like rebores etc

* Assemble and re-tip diamond tooling using both hand and machine brazing techniques, welding, and other engineering tools and equipment.

* Operate workshop machinery safely and correctly, including brazing, grinding, and tensioning machines.

* Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets high standards.

* Respond promptly to internal and external customer requirements within agreed timescales.

* Support stores operations when needed.

* Perform engineering tasks such as reboring, milling, blade tensioning, and countersinking (training provided).

* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with team members, sharing workload and maintaining a flexible, team- oriented approach.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support overall business goals.

* The role involves both manual and automated processes, including brazing by hand and operating a range of automatic brazing, grinding, and tensioning machines.

* There may also be occasional travel to customer sites to assist with on-site re-tipping and repairs, with full training provided as needed.

* Experience in workshop operations would be a valuable asset .
