Vacancy Title: Technical Area Sales Manager – Envelope Fixing Systems – South East Region
Reporting to: Sales Director via National Sales Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Area Technical Sales Manager for the South East Region with technical sales experience of Building Envelope Systems or fixing systems who is ready to take their career to the next level. This opportunity offers a competitive salary package and uncapped commission starting at 20% of annual salary.
Responsibilities / Objectives
* Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets.
* Manage and develop new business in the defined sales region through a consultative sales approach.
* Represent the company in a professional and proficient manner at all times.
Principal duties
* Manage key accounts within the sales territory.
* Develop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM and distribution partners.
* Provide technical/consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer/client, including technical, estimating, purchasing and contracts managers.
* Ensure you have good product and application knowledge at all times.
* Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times.
* Maximise profitability whilst securing the business.
* Pro-actively seek and secure projects within your sales region.
* Work closely with peers to fully leverage all opportunities.
* Understand competitors and report back on any notable information.
* Complete all sales administration as required in full and on time.

Salary Package
* Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
* Uncapped Commission, starting at 20% of annual salary on completion of targets.
