The Role We are actively searching for an exceptional Product Manager to join Arrive’s innovative Web Parking Platform team, where they’ll play a central role in unifying our global websites. This isn’t just another PM role – you’ll be working on Arrive’s flagship B2C website, building web mobility solutions that enable our cities to be more liveable. Your Impact In this role, you will oversee the complete experience for drivers as they search for and pay for parking online. Your focus will be on enhancing, optimising, and scaling our web parking channels. This encompasses several key areas, including locating available parking spaces, processing payments, and analysing user engagement and marketing attribution. You'll work closely with your dedicated development teams and collaborate across product areas to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and global solutions. What You’ll Do Establishing yourself as a leading authority in the dynamic parking sector, acting as a subject matter expert (SME). You will oversee online parking space discovery, web-based parking functionalities, and payment processes. Collaborating with the Marketing team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, aiming to facilitate their initial parking sessions and encourage conversion to our native apps, other products and services. Taking ownership of your product's objectives, strategy, and prioritised roadmap. This includes ensuring alignment with Arrive’s overarching business and product strategy while effectively collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, designers, marketing, and other teams to achieve objectives. Staying informed about the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation. Utilising this knowledge to define, drive, and deliver valuable products and features that align with Arrive’s strategic goals, user feedback, insights, and technical requirements Working closely with our app, backend, and design teams to develop a seamless and intuitive parking experience for our users. This involves managing expectations and securing buy-in from various stakeholders, including internal teams and customers. Additionally, you will leverage data to monitor customer behaviour and product performance, enabling us to evaluate the success of new features and make data-driven decisions to identify areas for enhancement. Your Background Might Include Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) 5 years of experience in mobility or product management, with a focus on digital payment solutions Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize product performance with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
