About the Organisation
We are partnering with an award-winning, dynamic healthcare organisation with over 25 years’ experience in NHS, primary care, health informatics, and pharmacy. We provide tailored primary care packages through a fully managed clinical pharmacist or technician-led model, designed to meet the needs of Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP practices, and clients, helping to reduce workloads and streamline processes.
Role Overview
This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, Clinical Operations Manager, Training and Development team, and Senior Leadership Team to enhance clinical excellence, drive business growth, and improve patient care by addressing current primary care challenges.
Position Details
This is a full-time position (8 hours daily, from 8 am to 5 pm) based in Central Bradford, overlooking City Park, with occasional remote work flexibility.

Role Requirements
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Extensive experience in primary care and its functions
* Organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Resource management skills
* Good clinical pharmacy knowledge and terminology
* Understanding of NHS agenda and government targets
* In-depth knowledge of primary care and NHS structures
* Knowledge of Primary Care Network DES, GMS, and PMS contracts
* Integrity, honesty, and a focus on improving patient outcomes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Awareness of relevant legal, ethical, and organisational policies
* Experience supporting acute and long-term conditions
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of PCN working
* Proactive and confident individual
Main Duties
* Managing daily operations to ensure service delivery meets regulatory standards (CPPE, GPhC, Royal Pharmaceutical Society)
* Developing and improving service quality
* Leading, managing, and developing staff
* Fostering a culture of openness and transparency
* Developing training resources and conducting staff training
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Managing rotas, attendance, clinical incidents
* Monitoring performance using KPIs and dashboards
* Overseeing staff training and PDP plans
* Reviewing staff performance and ensuring KPI targets are met
* Monitoring service metrics like patient satisfaction and clinical data
* Ensuring staff compliance and competencies
* Aligning staff behaviour with company ethos and vision
* Providing operational advice to the management team
* Contributing to strategic planning and external relations
