An outstanding school in Havering is seeking a talented Permanent Teacher of KS5 Physics with strong expertise in A-Level Physics and the potential to contribute to leadership within the Sixth Form Physics provision. This role will focus on delivering exceptional A-Level Physics teaching.
Your Role: As a key member of our Science department and Sixth Form team, you will deliver high-quality Physics education at A-Level. We seek someone with the skills and ambition to develop and potentially lead our KS5 Physics curriculum and improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons exclusively at A-Level.
* Maintain a strong and current understanding of the A-Level Physics specification and assessment.
* Track and analyze student performance at KS5, implementing strategies for improvement.
* Collaborate on curriculum development and share best practices within A-Level Physics.
* Mentor and support students in their A-Level studies and university applications for Physics-related fields.
* Potential to assume leadership responsibilities within KS5 Physics in the future.

Qualifications & Experience:
