The Role
Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for organising, coordinating, and controlling electrical works on a major decommissioning and carbon capture project. You will manage safety, quality, and performance across all high-voltage activities while leading supervisors and subcontractors to deliver critical project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate 2-3 electrical supervisors and associated personnel.
* Ensure availability of drawings and materials to enable efficient execution.
* Supervise and liaise with contractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
* Monitor work progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
* Oversee production performance, efficiency, and productivity.
* Support resolution of technical issues during execution.
* Maintain accurate work quantities, man-hours, and cost tracking.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in high-voltage environments.
What We're Looking For
* 15-20 years' experience in high-voltage electrical activities on construction sites or similar environments.
* Strong technical expertise in HV systems, electrical vendors, and suppliers.
* Relevant certifications including SAP up to 11KVA and competency card.
