This is a pure new business role. You will not inherit an existing client base or account portfolio. As our Business Development Manager you will be responsible for: Identifying, targeting, and securing new project opportunities across the construction market Building and developing relationships with main contractors, developers, and client-side stakeholders Gaining early visibility of upcoming projects and position the business at pre-tender stage Developing and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Achieving placement on tender lists and frameworks Maintaining consistent BD activity through meetings, networking, and industry engagement Working closely with internal teams to support bids, tenders, and proposals Ensuring opportunities transition smoothly into pre-construction and delivery teams Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Providing insight to support strategic targeting and business growth You will bring a strong understanding of how construction projects are secured and a proven ability to generate new business.
