Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards

* Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the kitchen
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste
* Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly
* Uphold health and safety regulations at all times during food preparation and service
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
* Supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
* Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Skilled in food production techniques across various cuisines
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience in restaurant operations, including serving and customer service excellence
* Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and suppliers
