About the Role:
* In this exciting position, you will craft clear, engaging, and precise technical documentation that supports both customers and technicians around the globe.
* Your expertise will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our client's remarkable vehicles, from developing Parts Catalogue Information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Parts Catalogue
* Develop and maintain part catalogues aligned with new product launches and model year updates.
* Interpret Bill of Materials (BoM), Product Description Books (PDBs), Technical Product Descriptions (TPDs), Engineering Change documentation and CAD data.
* Ensure content is user-friendly, brand-aligned, and technically accurate.
* Quality & Communication
* Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Planning, Legal, and Marketing.
* Support internal and external communications to promote Aftersales initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Good understanding of vehicle & part architecture and technologies
* Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation for diverse audiences.
* Proficient in digital platforms and data management systems.
* Experience in external publication and catalogue systems preferred.
* Experience with CATIA or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations.
Knowledge Requirements
* Understanding of the Clients' product and retailer processes.
* Familiarity with automotive engineering and Aftersales practises.
* Knowledge of the Group systems and legislative requirements.
* Proficient in part catalogue and illustration systems.
* Qualifications
* Strong content writing skills
* Qualification in English
* Good knowledge of systems with minimal training provided
* Ability to arrange moving images/text for documentation
* Essential understanding of automotive parts
