* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand workforce requirements and to identify key talent needs.
* Forecast future workforce needs based on business plans, industry trends, and economic conditions.
* Design succession plans, talent pipelines, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
* Utilise workforce planning tools and analytics to provide insights and support decision making.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Facilitate workforce planning meetings and workshops to engage leadership and key stakeholders.
* Provide regular reports and updates on workforce planning activities and outcomes.
* Stay current with industry best practices and innovations in workforce planning.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience delivering integrated Strategic Workforce Planning
* Skills in workforce data analysis, forecasting, dashboards and performance tracking
* Knowledge of the nuclear skills sector and its workforce challenges.
* Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to develop future skills strategies.
* Track record of leading capability initiatives across complex programmes
* Familiar with change and culture programmes in highly regulated environments.
