This is a senior, hands-on position with end-to-end ownership of a complex database estate, spanning on-premises and cloud platforms. You will act as the technical authority for database strategy, standards, and design, ensuring systems are secure, resilient, and optimised for performance. Operating in a high-availability, SLA-driven environment, you'll play a key role in supporting business-critical systems while influencing architectural decisions and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
