Enables Plexus to provide industry competitive pricing quotations in support of current customers and new business development opportunities.****Key Job Accountabilities:***** Analyze customer technical data in order to estimate and prepare detailed manufacturing cost information in support of quote activities.* Meet with manufacturing sites to validate cost estimates with site management and engineering staff to gain site agreement on true manufacturing costs and ensure quote consistency.* Determine optimum manufacturing cost solutions for new business opportunities. The best solution will target lowest total cost to Plexus and in turn, provide competitive pricing to our end customers.* Ensure product costs are sensible from one manufacturing site to the next in order to represent a “One Plexus” solution to our customers and targets.****Education/Experience Qualifications:***** A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required for this position; a technical engineering degree or business degree is preferred.* (1-3) years of related experience is required;****Other Qualifications:***** Ability to understand technical drawings and documents* Outstanding decision-making and Problem Solving Skills.
