The successful candidates will be key leaders in our locations contributing to the growth plans of our owner managed business sector and will contribute to the team's growth by attracting new clients, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice, and supporting the existing team in meeting client needs. The firm's focus lies in seizing opportunities for expansion, and this new addition will play a crucial role in sustaining their growth plans.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to the growth plans of the owner managed business sector across Weightmans locations (London, Liverpool and / or Leeds).
* Attract new clients and foster long-term relationships to support firm growth.
* Provide high-quality, commercially focused M&A advice for owner managers, private equity and venture capital clients.
* Support the existing corporate team in meeting client needs and helping the team achieve objectives.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in corporate practice with a focus on M&A for owner managers, private equity, and venture capital.
* Strong professional network and business development capabilities.
* Willingness to be considered even if not currently at Partner level, provided the requisite skills and potential.
