Customer Service Representative

Act as the go-to contact for customer questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat
Work closely with cross-functional teams (including technical support and service delivery) to ensure smooth issue resolution
Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements
1+ years of customer support or service experience
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
~ Experience using ticketing tools and CRMs
~ Flexible to work shifts and collaborate in a team-first environment
Certifications like ITIL Foundation or Customer Service Excellence
Experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT support
