A leading international law firm in the City is looking to hire a Reprographics Assistant into its London office on a temporary, month-to-month basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid reprographics experience who enjoys being part of a busy professional environment and takes real pride in delivering a high-quality service. Working as part of the Office Services function, you will support the delivery of a first-class reprographics service across the business, handling scanning, colour and black and white printing, photocopying, finishing and document production, while also assisting with wider office services duties.
The role will involve binding, laminating, and guillotining documents; monitoring and restocking paper, toner, and other consumables; performing basic troubleshooting on photocopiers and printing equipment; and escalating maintenance issues as needed. You will also help with post, couriers, confidential waste, internal deliveries, meeting room set-up and general housekeeping across copy rooms and office services areas. This is a role for someone who can stay organised, work to deadlines, and remain calm and practical in a busy setting.
Candidates must have previous reprographics experience and be comfortable working an afternoon/evening shift. You will need strong attention to detail, a flexible approach, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Experience gained within a legal, corporate or professional services environment would be particularly useful, though it is not essential.
The hours are 1pm to 9pm, with this role based fully in the office in Central London.
