Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to work at our customer's site in Derby on a 6-month contract basis.
Role details:
* Role title – Finance Business Partner
* Contract duration – 6 months
* Contract type – PAYE via Umbrella – INSIDE IR35
* Hours – 37 hours days (overtime achievable)
* Location – Derby
Key accountabilities will include:
* Working with Senior Management Teams to ensure that the business meets or exceeds financial commitments, identifying drivers and connections of business performance.
* Developing business plans, cases, and investment requests in collaboration with the business area.
* Developing financial and commercial strategies for new work and contract renewals, including transitioning to more risk-based contracts and operating under Single Source Contracting Regulations. Financial evaluation of Business Evaluation Forms.
* Producing balanced, challenging business forecasts supported by coherent assumptions.
* Ensuring contract reviews meet governance requirements and challenge business performance.
* Interfacing regularly with customers through performance reviews and supporting safeguarding of customer assets as required.
* Ensuring cost claims, cost certificates, and cost rates are provided and justified to auditors.
