We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of our websites and products through a combination of manual and automated testing. Working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in identifying issues, verifying fixes, and maintaining high standards across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teams to assess the testability of functional and non-functional requirements.
* Attend Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Create, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test plans and test cases across multiple projects.
* Ensure high-quality standards across core sites & products by identifying defects and inconsistencies.
* Perform thorough testing of visual and content elements such as language usage and formatting.
* Support demonstrations of new features and functionality to stakeholders.
* Work with the team to ensure testing is completed on schedule and report on progress.
* Contribute to identifying problems in existing processes and assist in proposing practical solutions.
* Manage incoming requests via the service desk, liaise with developers and triage effectively.
* Proactively identify UX or accessibility concerns during testing.
* Assist in the design, building, and maintenance of an automated test framework.
* Identify regression risks and implement appropriate automated test coverage.
* Maintain clear and structured QA documentation, including outcomes and known issues.
Skills Required
* Experience designing and executing both functional and non-functional test cases.
* Ability to identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical, analytical approach to testing.
* Working knowledge of browser dev tools and web debugging techniques.
* Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
* Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) for test automation.
* Understanding of regression testing, QA workflows, and version control practices (e.g., Git).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proactive problem solver with a curiosity-driven approach to learning new tools and practices.
Nice to Have
* Working knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Understanding of cross-browser or responsive testing practices.
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of website development principles.
* Experience conducting performance or usability testing.
* Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
