Residential Property Lawyer Role
A large and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm boasts an impressive client list, including FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals.
The firm has a strong reputation for developing and investing in homegrown talent, with staff retention levels well above industry norms. They believe that retaining talented staff and creating an outstanding workplace benefits their clients.
They are looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years' experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude and extensive experience in handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including:
* Standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions
* More complex matters such as New Build, Buy to Let, and Equity Release
Experience with more complex and specialist work, such as lease extensions, drafting intricate property Deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
