Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Serve beverages and food items promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of presentation.
* Maintain knowledge of the menu, including drink specials and food pairings, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
* Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for processing payments.
* Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout your shift.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
Experience
* Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is equally valued.
* Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

Pay: Up to £12.44 per hour
